Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and equipment serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully repack the machinery in its original industrial crate or packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a freight pickup or drop off the package at an authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
